What is included in all packages?

Every package includes the unlimited table set — crispy nachos fried in beef tallow, all five house salsas, and guacamole (one bowl per 10 guests distributed throughout the event).

Can I add extra proteins?

Yes. Additional proteins can be added to any package for +$10 per person, per extra protein.

Do you cater for vegetarians?

Absolutely. The Hongos / Pumpkin Mix is our vegetarian protein option. We can also accommodate dietary requirements — please mention this in your enquiry.

What is your sourcing philosophy?

We use grassfed beef, free-range chicken, and line-caught fish. All frying is done in beef tallow — no seed oils. We source organic and sustainably where possible.

Is there a minimum guest count?

We recommend a minimum of 20 guests for our packages. Please contact us for smaller or larger events and we will tailor a quote.
